It is most of all in this field that Apice has widely showed its ideas and will of change. About eight years ago Apice understood that time and technology were mature for integrating several technologic systems in one only building management instrument. We decided to develop our system on an open technology, standard and interoperable. That's the reason why a new range of products based on LonWorks technology took life at that day. A long and hard divulgating effort has been made so that Apice finally became one of the promoting members of the Italian association of Lonworks based hardware manufactures. Today, the market seems to share and embrace Apice's vision: Lonworks has become the most spread prevailing BUS for Building automation on a world wide level. Where circumstances require an open, flexible, trustable and interoperable network infrastructure like in airports, hospitals, ports, shopping malls or museums, it is far easy to find Apice's Lonworks products. |
